What RemoteD does with data.

RemoteD is local-first by design. Your customer networks, credentials, and field evidence stay on your Mac. This page covers everything else: the marketing site, the early-access program, and what changes when checkout opens.

What this site collects today

The marketing site sets no cookies. The interactive demo runs on static sample data and does not call any RemoteD or third-party API. We do not use analytics or session tracking on this site at the time this page was written.

What early access collects

When the early-access form opens it collects: your name, work email, role (network engineer, MSP, integrator, field tech, or other), the main workflow pain you are trying to solve, the RemoteD area you are interested in (Solo, Pro, Field, Gateway, MSP preview), and roughly how many customer sites or internal locations you support.

We use this to decide who gets early access, to talk to you about RemoteD, to ship you launch and pricing notifications, and to learn what to build next. We do not sell it, share it with ad networks, or hand it to unrelated third parties.

Where early-access data is stored

Submissions are delivered to the RemoteD team inbox through Resend (resend.com), which acts as the email-sending provider for the form. The team inbox is the primary store; we do not duplicate submissions into a CRM, ad platform, or analytics tool. Data is removable on request — see "Your choices" below.

How long we keep it

Early-access records are kept until you ask us to delete them, you opt out, or twenty-four months have passed with no interaction — whichever comes first. After that the record is removed from active systems. Backups age out separately.

Analytics

Not enabled at the time this page was written. If RemoteD adds analytics later, this page is updated first with the provider name, what is collected, how long it is retained, whether cookies are used, and how to opt out.

Cookies

The marketing site does not set cookies. If session features or analytics land later, the cookie behavior is documented here and (where required) gated behind consent.

Payments

RemoteD does not handle payments yet. When checkout opens it goes through a dedicated payment provider — RemoteD does not see or store full card numbers. Refund, trial, and billing policies are published alongside the live checkout.

The desktop product

RemoteD desktop is local-first. Switch credentials, customer inventory, topology, port maps, and session history stay on your Mac. They are not synced to the website, RemoteD servers, or any cloud service. The Field companion pairs with the desktop and never stores switch credentials. See the security page for the full posture.

Your choices

You can ask what we have on you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of communication at any time.

Reach us at privacy@dlr.solutions. Requests are answered within thirty days.

Children

RemoteD is a tool for working network engineers and is not directed at children under sixteen. Do not submit information for anyone in that group.

Changes to this policy

Material changes are noted here with a dated entry. The last update to this page was 2026-05-24. Early-access participants get an email when something material changes.

Contact

Privacy questions: privacy@dlr.solutions. General contact details are added when the early-access program opens publicly.

Draft notice:this page is RemoteD's working privacy posture, written by the team to mirror how the product and site actually behave. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. The reviewed version replaces this page before paid checkout opens, and any material change between then and now is reflected in the "Changes to this policy" section above.

Use the product. Help shape the policy.

Early-access engineers see drafts of pricing, terms, and privacy before they go live.
